Booking · 5 min
Accept & reserve
Customer
You accept an offer. As soon as the transporter confirms, you pay 10% online as a reservation or, if they offer it, 50% as a deposit. Nothing is charged beforehand.
Transporter
You confirm the booking, then the customer pays online. Date and route will appear in your cockpit.

Preparation · 2–7 days before departure

Animal arrives. Any remaining balance is paid in cash directly to the transporter.
